Time Zone Mr Theunes Zaaiman

I order a watch thru bid or buy the it arrived and was not charging 5 people tried to get it to work and nothing. I complained to Theunes Zaaiman and he said he would send me a new watch I offered to send the other one back and he said it was not necessary. I received the other watch and it was also not working I gave it to my IT department together wiht the first one and he said neither of them would charge, I sent Theunes a mail his reply was that he would not replace it as they were both working when they left him and we must be putting it in the wrong way as far as i no there is only two ways to plug it in the right way and the wrong way he said I must send them back and he would prove that they were working and everything would be for my expense. My arguement here is I can send them back but what proof do I have that he will test the same two watches? I told him his product was **** and to that he told me to go to hell.
