unable to reedem Spa Voucher for over 2 months no

hi <br> a friend of mine purchased a gift voucher for me for a sweddish massage (i was there when the voucher was purchased ) . i kept it as i wanted to reedem it after the december holdidays i have tried numerous times to contact the shop and go there personally and all you get is a voicemail that the owner has passed on . that is sad but i need my money back , thier contact no is ***. there is a fowarding email which i have emailed numerous times and no answer ?
