Despicable attitude and service by Time Out Nails and Beauty i? Northwold

Most despicable service from Time Out Nails and Beauty! I booked an appointment for acrylic tips with Netsai the owner, she started of by applying the tips, then she got up, took her handbag, car keys and left she asked one of the other ladies to continue with my nails, after a while it became very clear to me that this lady didn't know what she was doing, the acrylic was too runny and wasn't app**** like it's normally done, it was left very bumpy and not even at all and because it was so runny it overlaped my cuticles, Netsai arrived back from wherever she drove off to, and I thought she would notice the poor job done by the other lady but instead she continued working on my nails as it was whilst filing my cuticles into smithereens trying to get the product off my cuticles, I thought let me leave it for now, she would file all the bumps to a smooth and even finish but to my surprise she carried on with painting my nails with very little interest, missing half my nail with the nail polish. She charged me a ridiculous amount of R350 for an extremely poor job executed. I gave her a picture of what I wanted. I've sent her a message and photos of my nails afterwards and informed her that I was very unhappy with the poor job done, she said I had 3 days to go back to them to get it fixed which I explained to her I had other meetings booked and that I would only be able to get to her 5days later she wouldn't accept that, also told me that I chose that shape and colour(the picture that I showed her was not even remotely similar to what I left the salon with) she also said that she can't help if my cuticles are dry(which was the case because she filed them until it blead, and then app**** nail glue onto it in order to stop it from bleeding) I would not recommend this salon to anybody ever!
