Bad Attitude

I did a pedicure with gelish nails. I had gelish on from a previous time which normally lasts a month. It was removed by s****ing it off instead of remover which all other salons use. On the same day, two of the nails gelish already came off and during the next few days a few more. I went back and the owner said that this has never happened in 13 years and that somehow it was my fault. Her attitude was careless and non apologetic. The only different thing I did was to give a local company a chance which I now regret. They tried to fix it but by damaging the top layer of the nails it will not last long. I will not be back and I warn anyone going there to think twice because if they do something wrong they do not take responsibility.
