Taken for a ride

<p>In February 2014 I received an offer for subscription from time magazine. I chose to subscribe for six months. I recently realised that they continued deducting fees beyond the initial six months. When I brought this to their attention they told me that the offer I accepted included an automatic renewal. I then asked for the copy of the offer but they say cannot assist me because the copy has been stored in their private Database for internal documentation. </p>
