Subscription hash up!!

I have had a subscription with TIME Mag for around 15 years. Now I want to organise a subscription for my Mother. I have received two e-mails from Ms Ayesha Larney which haven't answered my questions, telling me I shall receive an invoice (by e-mail or post I do not know) and since commencing correspondance with TIME my own subscription has suddenly stopped...I've received no magazines since 11th June!!!!
