Time Keepers Phoenix Plaza - Very poor Customer Service

Very very poor service at Time Keepers at Phoenix Plaza.

We went through Sunday afternoon, at 15:45 the store was closed and stuff was still inside, the store is schulded to close at 16:00. After insisting they let me in to pierce my baby's ears.

The lady that was attending to us was rude and arrogant, it was a very unpleasant experience. She had also pierced the ears incorrectly, one ear hight and one ear low.

We had been referred by someone to go their. I personally would not recommend to go there.
