YOU LOST MY CRATED ENGINE!!??!!

Time Freight ***<br> <br> you collected my consignment on 2015/12/08 and I followed up as the receiver told me that had not received as of 2015/12/15... on a 48 hour service!!<br> <br> Kim in Cape Town informed me yesterday after i have to do the job of following up on your work, that the engine they collected had been lost and NO ONE can tell me where a 160kg crated engine is in your JHB hub.!!!???!!!<br> <br> Ever hear of walking the floor????<br> <br> How on earth are you able to loose an engine!!!??<br> <br> No one has come back to me since yesterday... i have been on hold for 45 min waiting for your cape town CSD (KIM) to answer and the recipient of the consignment waited 30 min for someone at you JHB CSD to answer...(Lauren) <br> <br> This engine was supposed to be delivered last week Thursday to be installed within a deadline to which you have compromised... <br> <br> who will be liable for this?? <br> <br> i want answers!<br> <br>
