You are only as good as your last encounter

So I am a regular client that uses Time Freight and I always refer my clients to Time Freight to use them as I have never had issues. On Thursday a package is collected from me after making the arrangements with Sam where the delivery details were provided. They collected in Centurion and it had to be in Durban the next day in order for me to have my client's car completed upon the return of the unit back from Durban. After numerous phone calls on Friday where I was constantly told \We'll phone you right back"I was advised that the delivery details were never captured. <br> <br> The details were duly given AGAIN and I was told it would be delivered Friday before 16:30. Today is MONDAY"
