YET AGAIN EMPTY PROMISES

I called 5/4/2016 for a parcel to be collected in Samrand. I followed up about 5 times and even arranged with my supplier to stay a few minutes late on a request from Time freight. It was an urgent package and needed to be here by 6/4 and Time Freight promised it will be here. This morning I call Time freight and they tell me no one was available at my suppliers offices at 16:39. You know what-time freight just don't give a damn about customer services and they don't care that they are messing with peoples business, so thank you Time Freight for costing me ANOTHER client as this is not the first!!!!
