Yet again aweful service!!!!!

<p>My mother sent a package to me with OVERNIGHT EXPRESS that was supposed to arrive on Friday 2 June before 10am. So, I contacted Time Freigh Nelspruit to find out where my package was,this was about 12pm. Person tracked the parcel and explained it's on the truck on its way to WhiteRiver and should receive it before 1pm. SO my Friday got busy, woke up Saturday morning, no parcel arrived on Friday. Phone Time Freight Nelspruit, firstly why do you have people with zero telephone s****s answering your calls???? I asked if I could give the tracking number, time freight employee " where you phoning from" What the hell does it matter, I was phoning in my personal capacity!!!!! So after the third time wanting to give the tracking number, I abviously lost it with the 3rd person I was transferred to. So, yes I cursed (not the person) asking where the F@#@$# my package is???? SO NELSON threw the phone down in my ear. Wonderful service hey???? SO, I phoned again!!!! Luckily I got through to MUSA, whom I spoke to the Friday afternoon, I must compliment him - he was the ONLY person trying to assist and actually did. SO Musa made a plan and apologised, he sent the driver immediately. I then received my package at 10:30 SATURDAY 3 June. Upon arrival, driver insisted we pay cash on delivery. BUT, the sender already made a cash payment when the parcel was collected. Thought this was now over, so my nanny phoned me this afternoon, today being Tuesday 6 June. Time Freight's driver is at your gate (I'm at my work place) asking where is the money for the parcel? I think this is a bit scary, living in this country of ours. As I have a toddler at home alone with my nanny. Sending the driver to my home, whilst I gave my cell number not less than 6 times in the 2 days I phoned your company. I just want to say, never in my life have I experienced such bad service, and to top it off. This actually happended last year as well, wit a package which didn't arrive in time and I also had to fight to get the damn thing to my house on a Saturday. Believe me, I will definitely spread the word to all, to NOT USE TIME FREIGHT STANDERTON AS WELL AS TIME FREIGH NELSPRUIT. WIth regards</p> <p>Simonet Odendaal</p>
