<p>I asked Time Freight to give me a quotation to pick up a bumper from Gauteng. The length and height was more than the actual size but I was off by 10cm. regarding the with. A quotation of R265,00 was given to me. When the bumper was delivered, I was asked to pay R566,60. or the bumper would be taken back. I find this to be highly irregular. the weight on the weigh bill also shows 19,36kg. Talking to a rude and unhelpful Deolan did not resolve the issue. In the end, I was forced to pay the full amount in order to take possession of the bumper. Doing business this way, is doing business "in bad faith." I will not use this company again because they lack professionalism. </p>
