Worst service I've ever had from a Courier.

Item Collected on Monday the 9th<br> <br> Paid in full by the sender R200 for overnight haul so it should of arrived on Tues<br> <br> Drivers apparently arrived at my house at 8pm in the evening and hit my gate with a stone, they apparently tried calling me and the person that sent the item, both of us don't have any mis-calls at all so already we've had a ********* experience, this is terrible since I was outside with my father talking waiting for them to arrive and nothing.<br> <br> They arrived the next morning at 12pm, They told me I need to pay in R200, I told them about the sender clearly paying and ticking the \sender pays"tick box on the waybill"
