WORST DELIVERY SERVICE

Worst service ever, I purchased an item online and the online shop used Time Freight to deliver the parcel. My parcel has been with them for over a week and when I called their call centre they claimed they could not track my parcel. I followed up with the seller and the feed back was Time Freight said they will deliver Friday or Monday. Monday came and no delivery, I followed up again with the seller and they said Time freight said the parcel was out for delivery.

Wednesday, no respond from the seller and Time Freight. I called Time Freight and miraculously the waybill number that has not been working for over a week was working and they were going to check where the parcel was. I was put on hold for 20mins that I had to hang up, made another call and no assistance at all.
