Worst customer service & parcel delayed by 2 weeks

Worst customer service ever! My parcel was delayed for a whole 2 weeks and every time I called them they **** and said they would deliver on the day but they didn't. It was a very frustrating process dealing with them and I would not recommend anyone use their courier services. Truly the worst!
