Worst courier service

Timefreight doesn't deserve a one star even. I have had a package with them for over a month and they don't have a clue where it is to deliver it and every time I contact them I get a different story. They *********** and have clueless. Unfortunately for me I did an online shopping and the shop chose them for courier but if you have an option do yourself a favour and use another courier.
