worst courier compony

after years of being a loyal account customer with this ********** company, i have come to a realization that time freight has the worst customer service, from their local branch to their head office, its been 4 months and a claim of mine has yet to be sorted, yet they block my account saying im owing them money, they keep my goods and refuse to deliver it, this costing me thousands as i cannot deliver to my customers in this peak period
