Worst Courier Company in the Country!!!!

I'm not one to complain but I feel like the situation with time freight has gotten completely out of hand. I had requested that a package from East London be over-nighted to me in Johannesburg. It has now been 10 days and still no delivery. In total I have spoken to call centre agents in Johannesburg around 14 times, and they constantly assure me that the package has arrived in Johannesburg and it has been manifested for delivery. Now it has vanished!!!!!. It's an important package and although late, I would still like to receive it. Time Freight puts you on hold and then cuts your calls, the agents are absolutely useless and now seems that they have no system that can effectively manifest packages and monitor delivery either.<br> <br> After speaking candidly with some-one from the warehouse, he brought it to my attention, that valuable packages are often identified and then ****** from the warehouse!!!!!. I don't know how true, but disgusting if it is. <br> <br> I am now told that I should put in a claim as they have no other options for me. I am in dis-belief. I am going to take this further with legal action just on the principal of it.
