Worst courier company in SA
Must be the worst courier company in South Africa. I have been waiting for a package since the 21 Dec 2018. Emailed numerous times to no avail. Tracking doesnt work either. Finally get hold of someone and get told that on picking up of the package, the company was closed...
14 Jan 2019 I notify the company I purchased my products from that I have not received my package. They initiate another pickup. Package gets delivered to another company in Pretoria. I am in Johannesburg... It is the 17th and I still dont know where my parcel is.... Utterly useless company

18 Jan 2019, 16:11Received a call from Maxine James, who tracked through the 3 delivery request reference numbers I had. She followed up with Time Freight staff, kept me informed, provided an invoice for the COD delivery and followed up after delivery. As I had previously spoken to staff in Durban as well as the branch for Port Shepstone, there exists a gulf in disparity between attitudes.
If the rest of Time Freight did 30% of what she did, this would not be a complaint.
