Worst campany i have ever had to deal with !!

first of I want to see where my parcel is so I call the call center and the person take my number and details down parcel number also she says she will call me back but nothing after 3 hours I decide to call you again . this time you tell me that my parcel will only be arriving on Monday 3 days late so I ask you what can I do and you say I can come pick it up instead of waiting for it to come on Monday , so I drive all the way there took me 2 hours to get there when arriving you tell me my parcel was already sent out and there was no one at my home to collect it , there was 10 people at my house and not one of then saw your truck or even heard a hoot . <br> so you tell me the parcel will get to me I should drive all the way back to centurion to go pick it up ??!!! I get to centurion and the guys are getting inpatient wanting to leave ! so I have to call someone to go and pick it up ! are you freaking kidding me why should I even pay you ?? this is the worst company I have ever had to work with I wont trust any goods with you guys totally terrible ! Worst company ever !!! and I have to pay for this ? gross man .
