Waste Time with Time Freight!

<p> </p> <p>On Monday the 31st of October I phoned their George branch to collect a parcel in Hoekwil and have it delivered to Stikland Brackenfell.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was informed that delivery would take place before 16H00 on the 2nd of November.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked the gentleman to please let me know what the cost of delivery would be so that I could leave the money at the office as I wouldn't be there when they would deliver. </p> <p>Needless to say, he never phoned me back. I had to phone again after 17H00 and a lady gave me the price.</p> <p> </p> <p>She also confirmed that delivery would take place before 16H00 on the 2nd of November.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was very disappointed when on the 2nd of November at 16:50 no delivery had taken place and nobody had phoned me to inform me as to why not.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 17:10 I phoned their Cape Town branch and explained to the lady that they will now need to deliver the parcel to my house as I'm leaving for Upington in the morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>She gave me her word that they would deliver between 19:000 and 21:00 last night!</p> <p>Well, guess what they never did!</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous phone calls this morning on the 3rd of November nobody at Time Freight can tell me where my parcel is or give me a time of delivery. I was supposed to leave for Upington at 06:00 this morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now the 3rd of November, and almost 14:00 and I still haven't received my parcel. Or a phone call or any correspondence from Time Freight.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disappointed and disgusted that I made the mistake of ever contacting Time Freight.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not recommend anybody to ever use Time Freight, unless you want them to waste your time as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keeping fingers crossed that I get my parcel in one piece today still.</p>
