Warning: Time Freight takes their time and forgets about the customer

Worst service. Phones taking forever to be answered, only to be cut off by the call center agents. When you do eventually get to speak to a warm bodied person, they have no idea how to help, and just tell you to hold on. Promises of delivery are not kept. No notification (as so vividly advertised on their website) is sent to keep you updated on where the parcel is, or when the delivery might be. (Them letting you know when the delivery date is.....is only an indication for you to know when it will NOT arrive). Dates promised twice on the same parcel, and both times failed to deliver.

Do not waste your money, and time, on Time Freight.
