Waiting 24 days for courier to deliver package

On 2-04-2015 I received a quote from the parts supplier (British 4x4) in Pretoria. I paid the amount the same day, and sent the proof of payment to them. They make use of Timefreight/DPD Laser logistics. After a few days Timefreight mailed me and told me to deposit the requested amount into their account. So far this is pretty normal. I did that the next day, and gave the appropiate time for the money to show up in their account. I also emailed the proof of payment to them on an address they provided. It is 27-04-2015 today and I am yet to receive my parcel. I phoned them 4 times, and every time I was met with the same answer that, they could not find my email of proof of payment. I have cars waiting for spares a month now, and I am left with a red face. Every time I order parts that must be delivered with Timefreight it is the same scenario repeated.I have had enough now. I am forced to work with them, for this is the courier my parts supplier(British 4x4) uses. Thank you.
