USE OWN TRANSPORT TO GET GOODS AT DEPOT TO DELIVER

Time Freight was preferred Supplier from Client, which he also now changed his mind.<br> <br> Send Stock on Tuesday (31st of March), to be delivered by next day as indicated in the request for Collection and Delivery. They tried to deliver on Thursday afternoon (1st of April) knowing that the company would be closed for Easter weekend.<br> <br> On 8th of April, after I pitched up at my Client, he indicated he still did not receive the stock. Phoned Caitlin-Kay numerous times, left messages, (which she only received at 16:00 in afternoon and returned my call, not knowing she already attended to me) and emailed her which she rep**** the stock is in the Depot in Polokwane and WILL BE DELIVERED SAME DAY!!<br> <br> Thursday (9th April 13:30), still no delivery, no answer and no emails or calls. Picked up own stock to Deliver to client and just to see they have damaged the stock and the client can't even use it.<br> <br> Very disappointed and embarrassed by the bad service and waste of time. This is one of my top clients, and my Bread and Butter which may be ruined cause of a Time Freight that really does not care!!
