Upset about claim processed by Time Freight

On 11 February I ordered a parcel containing two laptops to be couriered from Esquise Technologies in Midrand to HTS Witbank in eMalahleni. After two days I did not received the package and I phoned their eMalahleni branch. Jenine at eMalahleni told me they never received the parcel at their depot in eMalahleni. I phoned Juanmarie at the Johannesburg branch and she informed me that the parcel was booked in at the Johannesburg depot, but they can't find any proof of it leaving the depot. In short the parcel went missing in their depot in Johannesburg. She faxed me a claim form to fill out and fax through to her. She also told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks for the claim to pay out. I did that on 17 February 2015. After numerous calls to Juanmarie, Janine, and later Mpho at the Johannesburg branch, on Monday 15 June an amount of R1800.00 were deposited into our account. The claim amount for the two laptops were R13 905.72. I phoned Claire at the Pietermaritzburg branch to esquire about the huge difference in the amount being payed out, she said they only pay out R100 per Kg. for the parcel. It is unacceptable for me as I trusted them with my parcel, and they lost it.
