Unreliable courier

Time Freight Lost a Laptop, this is my last corespondance with them, which they ignored, maybe they will read it now:<br> <br> Dear Time Freight, this letter is my last attempt at getting you to do the right and just thing.<br> My client, Mr MJ Terblanche, purchased a Notebook from me as a gift for a friend that lives in Gauteng. I then recommended that he use your service to have it delivered to his friend. When days later it still had not arrived, we enquired to find out that it has been lost.<br> We then started correspondence with your offices, first in Gauteng and then the Cape Town branch. Every time we were told it was being investigated, but to this date it is still unresolved.<br> If I may, I would like to give you some background on Mr Terblanche. He is a blind person that bought this laptop as a gift for a blind friend whom he only sees a few times per year at blind chess competitions. He saved a long time to be able to buy this notebook. He has also been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer 3 months ago and is currently undergoing chemo therapy. This case has been dragging on for the better part of a year, he does not have another year to try and see this through.
