Unreliable and dishonest

Told us this morning an urgent time sensitive package sent yesterday is already on the way from KZN to CT just to phone past 17:00 to say the package is not yet sent, thus won't be here in time. I was assured to begin with the time frame they will deliver the package in will be enough, now it won't be here in time. If they where upfront or at least let me know by this morning they could not make it I could have made other arrangements. Also not very helpful to sort it out.
