Unmannered Depot Manager

<p>I went to Time Freight to collect my parcel to hear swearing and screaming to such an extreme that I felt uncomfortable , I asked the gentleman that was assisting me who the person was just to be informed it was the Branch Manager of their Port Elizabeth depot! I have never thought senior Management can be so *********** and nasty, he was using faul language and screaming at the poor employees! I was utterly disgusted in his behaviour as their suppose to be leader!! This was not the first time I have seen him act in this shameful manner, a while back I was at their old offices in North End where the same gentleman was also acting out! This is disgraceful surely someone higher up must investigate this matter as this man is giving your company a bad name! </p>
