UNHAPPY CUSTOMER OF TIMEFREIGHT

Hi, I have been trying for month on getting POD from timefreight with no luck at all,No one is coming back to me or whatsoever.Customer sent me Timefreight receipt which is not clear at all,but there is a reference C908228-0 ,when calling POD department,i was told that they cannot pick up anything on their side???What do i do as a Customer as My customer claimed this already with the proof that Timefreight collected BUT THEY CANNOT HELP.
