Total lack of customer service ALL round!!

Having sent some furniture to Port Elizabeth for contract that I had undertaken - it has been with extreme displeasure that I and my clients experienced the following....!<br> <br> 1. NO communication prior to delivery in order to make sure that there was someone home to receive goods.<br> <br> 2. Delivery staff extremely rude and un-co-operative!!<br> <br> 3. The dressing table that was delivered - the bubble wrap was all broken and dirty sopping with water - the water had even gotten in beneath the bubble wrap upon investigation - the unit was serveley damaged - it was obvious that it had been dropped and into water at that!<br> <br> 4. Photo's extra...sent to Raymondy with the instructions that the unit had to be collected back from my client, taken for repair and redelivered at their cost. Email sent 27th of Oct 2015<br> <br> 5. 21st Dec 2015 upon instructing that the unit was now repaired and ready for collection - I have been informed that Time freight would either deliver the unit back OR pay for the repair but not both!!! Claim had not been submitted to claims department by Raymondy.<br> <br> 6. NO RESPONSIBLITY OR LIABILITY UNDERTAKEN FOR DAMAGES CAUSED!!<br> <br> 7. False marketing - given customer service experienced.<br> <br> <br> <br>
