Total bad service from Time Freight!!!

Okay so on the 5th of Feb 2019 I've send a parcel from Harrismith to Potchefstroom...a big silver case....according to the waybill 54x50x25 with a mass of 17Kg!!!! It was received at the Johannesburg depot at the 6th of Feb 2019....were it just disappeared into thin air!!! How is this possible???? I have phoned them numerous times at even emailed them a picture of the case but it seems that nobody there wants to help me in any way...the Daniel I've been spoken to keeps on telling me that he would phone me back and that the case is not there and that he will check again and do not phone me bac****!! This case has a value of R4000 and now it is just gone.....If it was checked in at the Jhb depot but not checked out....then somebody must have ****** it....Daniel keeps on telling me the same story over and over and I feel that I'm not getting anywere with this guy......he told me that they will sent me claim forms....but at the same time he dont know when....this is really bad....I need my case or they need to refund the value of that case which is R4000.....
