Timefreight poor service

I've been dealing with Timefreight on and off for the last 6 years. Their service use to be reliable and dependable but a bit pricey for our small business. I've been using a more affordable courier company on a regular basis but have to call on Timefreight for areas my regular courier do not service. The last couple occasions have been really difficult as the service that we have been receiving from Timefreight has been really poor. They have been making us wait for them on several occasions eventhough we have specifically indicated to them what time our company closes on numerous occasions. Yesterday's collection was the last straw. We had to wait for the driver again because the collection note was put through late. And we usually pay the driver cash on collection. Our parcel was delivered today to my client and the Timefreight driver insisted that she pays eventhough we had already paid cash for the collection yesterday. I phoned Timefreight and as usual they are full of excuses but never apologise or take responsibility for their poor service. They think because they are a big company they dont have to focus on providing a good service. This is hopefully the last time i have to deal with them because we are looking into alternative courier companies. Timefreight leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
