Timefreight courier poor service

On the 29 Of February I have requested the service of Time Freight couriers to transport a mattress from Restonic SA from Johannesburg to ***amas. They have transported in the same freight an engine next to the mattress and during transport the engine damaged the plastic covering of the mattress and oil leaked onto the mattress. <br> The damaged was so bad, that we put in a claim. They told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks for the money to be paid out to us. Today I have phoned for the second time head office in Durban and to my dismay found that they did not receive any claims forms from Time Freight's Capetown branch. I have tried numerous times to contact Odette, the lady at the Capetown branch handling the claim, but to no avail. They now don't even know where the mattress is. They have taken it straight back from the Keimoes branch to Capetown. The Keimoes branch did not want to send it to me, as the damage was so bad, they knew it should be claimed and replaced by Time Freight. This is the worst experience I ever had from a courier company. They even had the audacity to tell me I could by a new mattress and they will deliver it for free, meaning I have to pay for it myself again!
