Timefreight are *******!!!

I have transport machinery from Gauteng to Cape Town using time freight. Online quote for the respective equipment was R1216.40. When the equipment arrives in Cape Town, in get invoiced R2300. The equipment ways 60kg in reality but timefreight bills me for 231kg volumetric which their online system has already calculated. Not only do timefreight employees lack in common sense, it seems like they are also out the empty our pockets. I have used time freight on numerous occasions but the discrepancy between their online quotation and actual invoice tells me that Timefreight is an organization of *******. They lure us with reasonable quotes and once we accept their service they double the price. Doesn't seem like your business has any regard for customer service, your only interest is money so please go to he'll because I'm one of those few people the will take my little R100 00 per week business elsewhere.
