Time Wasters!!!!

<p>Over a month ago I used Time Freight to send a gearbox from Port Elizabeth to Pretoria. A month had gone and my gearbox was still not delivered. I have called and emailed these *********** people who call themselves professionals countless times. Nobody could tell me what the hold up was or what is being to sort it out. Eventually after more nagging from my side, the branch manager(Frans), who is totally USELESS informed me that my gearbox is missing. I was then instructed to fill in a claim form and submit it and I will be payed out for the loss. At the time, I was communicating with a lady by the name of Lauren Lourens. I completed the claim forms and sent it to her along with the invoice of another gearbox which I had purchased, ever since she has not responded to me acknowledging she has received my mail. I have left a few messages for her to get back to me and still no feedback! </p> <p>The service is terrible and the people dont care!</p> <p>I am tired of begging them to do their jobs!</p>
