Time Frieight zero service

Hi all,

I am not happy with the service I received today from you employee named Thokozani Mbatha.

They came to deliver two boxes at my place today, and were suppose to drop of and return tomorrow for the collection of the other two boxes as arranged or requested by Wheco....when he got here he then pressurized me, to rather do the swap, but I insisted that they must come tomorrow and THOKOZANI and his assistance continued to pressurize me, saying it wouldn’t make sense that they come tomorrow, under pressure we then tried to swap the one couch quickly, only to find out that the 2nd one is also faulty... and I realized that after they had left my premises.

I then called them asking them to bring the other couch cause my 2nd piece is also faulty, he gave me attitude, saying I should decide what happens next, he said I should use my car(private car) and meet him half way... I told him I doubt the package would fit, he then told me he doesn’t know what’s to do and said I should decide.

Please can somebody intervene here cause I don’t think I’m In the mood to exchange words with him.

Please can someone superior intervene and ask him to come and drop of the other couch and fetch the other one tomorrow as was previously arranged by Wheeco warehouse.
