Time Freigth Useless

I placed an online collection request but did not go through.<br> So I phone their HQ and did it telephonic and was told I would get a mail.<br> No Email so I phoned back and was told they can not look it up on the system.<br> So I phoned another branch and was put on hold until forever.<br> <br> My urgent 24 hour delivery is turning into days. Thank you Time Freight for nothing.
