Time freight worst overcharged service

i used Time Freight to pick up goods in jhb and bring to Durban. this was on the 04/01/2019.To be picked up by myself on the 05/01/2019 ,at the Durban depot. The following day i go to pick up my goods , when i am given an invoice of R2700. This had to be paid to release my goods.the total weight according to the weigh bill was 260kg, which i thought was incorrect.the lady suggested i come back on Monday to rectify this, and will also be discounted.on that monday it was confirmed that the weight was incorrect.correct weight 180kg. no apologies ,no discount. The week before using time freight, i used Big Foot couriers to pick the very same goods from the same place, and was charged R 1143 compare to R 2400(180kg). the worst service to the start of 2019
