Time Freight - worst courier company I've ever experienced - stay away

If only I could give this company less than 1 start but cannot continue without a selection: Incompetence from start to finish. We run a professional company and can honestly say if i delivered service like time freight I would have closed my doors long ago. Customer service demanded payment before my goods would be delivered...no problem, we paid immediately. Then the issues started. We advised don't delivery before Friday afternoon as no one will be available to accept. They arrive Wednesday confused why no one is opening the door. Come back Friday with the wrong item and very obviously so. The gentleman picked up my 75kg item with 1 hand - alarm bell should already be sounding in his head that "no way this thing I'm carrying can weigh 75kg like the waybill clearly says". Then after many calls back and forth, my shipment is found in George (delivery was in Cape Town). To finally a week later to get the right goods and only luckily that someone happened to be there to accept because there was no call before delivery as promised. That's not the end of it, I have for 2 weeks now been trying to get a valid invoice from Customer Service for the payment I made. I get a quote, I get a screenshot but still no invoice. Do your customer service know what an invoice is? You charge me VAT but can't produce an invoice. I'm at wits my end as to how to get my invoice because now the advisor I was dealing with no longer responds. I will most definitely not recommend Time Freight ever. This has been a nightmare that still has not ended--
