TIME FREIGHT SERVICE IS DISGUSTING

This complaint is addressed to the MD :<br> <br> Time Freight claims to be a leader in customer service...?<br> <br> This is Absolutely *******... ! Last week i was passed from pillar to post in that company, as I tried to obtain clarity regarding my delivery. from Boksburg to East london.<br> <br> I called the EL branch and gave my contact details to the customer agent, who said he would call me back. That was Friday, and I am still waiting....<br> <br> I then called the Head office, and the reception ladies, were absolutely useless as they seemed to have no idea about the company that pays them.... I phone them back, 3 times.... They gave me the MD's cell no, but the MD's phone was switched off....<br> <br> I then spoke to a \senior\" person , \"ettiene\", who took my number, and said he would also call me back... He never did...!!!<br> <br> Companies like Time Freight who offer such bad service to paying customers, must NOT be allowed to trade... THEY MUST CLOSE DOWN. It's absolutely unacceptable that these businesses treat customers with such contempt and disregard.<br> <br> This complaint is addressed to the MD, because I believe the blame for such rotten service, rests with him.<br> <br> I WILL NEVER USE TIME FREIGHT..."
