Time Freight service delivery is disgusting and shameful

Time Freight service is absolutely disgusting and shameful. deliver guys refused to place delivery of headboard and base in my bedroom upstairs, they claimed they don't go upstairs. Called customer service and they were not helpful at all, they told me one of the guys is ill and cannot pick up anything above 10kg's. I had stated on my delivery papers that the bed set should be delivered on the 1st floor of the house.
