TIme Freight's Appalling Service: REF ***

I bought a T.V set from the L.G Brand shop in Cape Town on 1st November 2015 which was handed over by the store to Time Freight for delivery in Mthatha. The T.V set did not reach Mthatha on the 13th November, as agreed. Sizwe at Time Freight in Kokstad told me that they could not locate the 65 inch plasma T.V set and were investigating its whereabouts. I got to know from Alida Theron from LG that the T.V set got lost at the East London depot. Sizwe informed me that the company had submitted a claim from their insurance and that Raschid would be sending me an e-mail to confirm that they had submitted the claim. I never received the e-mail.<br> <br> On the 24th November I called Sizwe again about the refund for the lost T.V. He told me they would be submitting a claim for the .T.V on the same day. Desperate to get closure on this matter, I asked him to put me through to his supervisor. Raschid the supervisor asked me to whom he should be sending the claim forms. That's when I lost it - when I realised that they were not doing anything about my lost TV. <br> <br> If you want peace of mind, don't ever use Time Freight.
