Time Freight PROVIDING A SERVICE SOLUTION THAT DOES NOT EVEN COLLECT LET ALONE DELIVERS

<p>I booked a parcel on Thursday for collections from Irene and delivery to Pietermaritzburg online as per Time Freight's request, which Time Freight did not collect. I have tried to call them numerous times but they just do not answer their phones. I have then booked the same parcel AGAIN on Monday and again requested a collection and delivery which they again confirmed online, BUT not collection and delivery again. I am trying to make contact with them via Facebook and they rep**** asking me to inbox my details. I did so more than an hour again with NO reply since. I am also trying to get hold of them via phone but it just rings, no matter which option I select on their options menu. This is the worst company to deal with. They also cannot have an excuse saying it is a busy time of the year as this is not the first year they are in business, thus they MUST have history to rely on.</p>
