Time Freight Over Charges

I recently purchased a set of wheels from Klerksdorp and used Time Freight to courier these wheels to my home in Johannesburg. When I requested the service I was quoted approximately R500.00. The goods were weighed by Time Freight at 128kgs for 4 boxes. When the items were delivered the driver said that I must pay R933 because of the weight and size of the boxes. I told the driver that I was quoted R500 and that he should go back to the depot to correct the price on the invoice. I did not hear any feedback and ended up going to the Time Freight Warehouse in Isando to collect my item as it was urgent. When I went to Isando I asked Jabulani who was on duty behind the counter to weigh the goods and the total mass was 60kgs, less than half of what Time Freight weighed and charged me for. Therefore Time Freight tried to overcharge me by more than 50%!!! I then asked the counter assistant to please rectify the invoice as I should now pay less as the goods weigh much less. He said he could not do this as it was a Saturday and the accounts department is closed. He took down my details and promised to call me during the week to process a refund but to date I still have not been contacted.
