Time Freight Nelspruit continues to ignore me after they lost my parcel in November 2018. I've had meetings and numerous discussions with them, from the front desk operator to he Regional Executive. To date, "they are still investigating". I have submitted claim documents and emails, yet are still quite. What. Terrible company.
