Time Freight? More like waste of Time Freight (and Money)

<p>We sent a package with time freight to one of our clients in Matatiele last week. They promised us a 2 day delivery. On Friday, we get an email from Sasha who is their customer service supervisor informing us that somehow we needed to pay extra costs to have our package released from their depot. It is now Tuesday, my client thinks we are a joke because he has not recieved our package. We sent proof of payment to sasha, we phoned numerous times, we were put on hold for unbelievably long periods of time and we were transfered from swithcboard to switchboard.</p> <p> </p> <p>For the first time, we could not get hold of anyone who could help us. Hours later, they call us to do a follow up only to put us on hold for 30 minutes and get disconnected.</p> <p> </p> <p>As of now. It is the end of yet another business day and our goods have not yet been delivered. The more i think about this the more im convinced we are being sabotaged.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a joke of a company. Unprofessional, un organised and waste of money.</p>
