Time Freight is the worst

Absolute Worst Couriers in SA. Picked up our parcel on 17 December, routed in to Nelspruit, delivery should have been in Lichtenburg. Then they said there was no parcel, then they said they did not pick it up, in January after the holidays after 2 hours waiting for replies etc, it was in Nelspruit. Asked for discount on the delivery fees because it was their mess, no sorry have to pay in full. YOU ARE TERRIBLE, WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF YOU AGAIN.
