Time Freight is a useless company.

The worst company ever to use for courier a parcel. THE WORST. Each and every branch has their own story. Cape Town branch collected an item and didn't even capture the parcel. 2 days later they only capture it on the system when they send it out. Now when you start asking questions they put you on hold and cut you off every single time. I am so mad I can get in my own vehicle and fetch the parcel myself in Johannesburg because this company is so useless. Will not use them or suggest anyone to use them. Empty promises. Not "Time Freight" it must be "Delay Useless Freight".
