Time freight horrible service

How come you pay R189 for a box send to Midrand and R300 just for an A4 Envelope to Pretoria.Not the first time we had a bad experiense with Time dreight.The Bethal branch is useless.Will never do bussiness with Time Freight ever again.Horrible service.
