Time Freight George Disgrace

We are a small business that received a corporate order for Valentine's day, that needed to be delivered to Johannesburg from Knysna, by no later than Wednesday the 13th of February. We had 5 days to produce the order and worked like demons to make the deadline. The order was phoned through to Time Freight for collection on Monday, on Friday the 8th. Time Freight guaranteed the box would be collected on Monday between 9 and 5 but asked that I confirm the collection on the Monday. This I did. The box was never collected and the operators just laughed! This resulted in my having to take off work on Tuesday (loss of income and unprofessional) and personally drive the box through to George, petrol expense of R200 and find an alternative courier service to send the box overnight which we had to pay for R714.90. I am requesting Time Freight refund this money their incompetence cost us. They showed up to collect the box on Wednesday the 13th and it has all been a big giggle to them but detrimental to our small business, client and lives. I will NEVER use TIME FREIGHT GEORGE again. Their lack of ethics and service is and appalling disgrace.
